HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED THIS PROGRAMME – WON’T MY SYMPTOMS JUST GET BETTER?

Unfortunately not – although you may become less aware of your symptoms as time does on because they become more “normal” your symptoms won’t always get better just by themselves.

DO I HAVE TO DO 10 MINUTES EVERY DAY? ARE THERE ANY DAYS OFF?

The programme is designed to be done 4 days a week so there is definitely days off! Rest is just as important as exercise for recovery so its important not to overdo it. On the days that you aren’t doing the exercises though it would be great to add in something like a walk or swim.

HOW SOON AFTER MY BIRTH CAN I GET STARTED?

To start this programme you should wait until after your 6 week check up with your doctor to make sure they are happy with your recovery. Once you have been signed off you are ready to go!

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED – CAN I EASILY DO THIS AT HOME?

You really only need enough space to lie down on the floor with your arms and legs outstretched. Most people will have enough space on their living room or bedroom floors to do the exercises. This is designed to fit around your life so that you can keep consistent and make big changes!

I HAD MY CHILDREN YEARS AGO – WILL THIS STILL HELP?

Definitely! It is never too late to get started. Even if your births were 15 years ago this programme will help you to really strengthen your core and pelvic floor and make a huge difference to your symptoms.
